Attorney Ling FENG specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution, labor and employment law, criminal law, and general corporate affairs.
Since 2014, Attorney FENG has accumulated nearly nine years of experience in the legal field, consistently engaging in dispute resolution and possessing a decade of extensive courtroom experience, during which she has managed nearly three hundred cases. In the field of litigation, attorney FENG has represented Yihai Kerry Arawana Holdings Co., Ltd., a Fortune Global 500 company, in more than one hundred cases in various courts throughout the country, addressing disputes related to product liability, sales contracts, trademark rights, trade secret infringements, and reputation rights. In the field of labor arbitration, she has advocated for the company in numerous labor and personnel dispute cases. She has managed approximately one hundred cases related to leasing agreements, liability in motor vehicle traffic accidents, and disputes regarding the return of property for a leading domestic car rental company, eHi Car Services.
Prior to joining TsingLaw, attorney FENG served in the legal departments of Yihai Kerry Arawana and eHi Car Services, as well as at a law firm in Shanghai.

Attorney FENG holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from China Jiliang University College of Modern Science and Technology, and a Master of Laws degree (in Civil and Commercial Law) from the School of Law, Zhejiang Gongshang University.
