In terms of civil and commercial dispute resolution, she has acted on behalf of Chinese and foreign companies in handling disputes involving equity transfer, guarantee contracts and commercial property leasing etc., which involve sectors such as real estate, network and technology as well as cross-border payments. In several complex and complicated series cases and related cases, she has managed to protect the best interests of clients and thus gained their trust. In addition, the service contract dispute handled by her for a network technology company has been rated as a typical foreign-related commercial case by Pudong New Area People’s Court.
In terms of compliance, she has assisted, as an attorney-in-charge, companies in handling issues concerning business model supervision, corporate governance, labor and personnel management, as well as the formulation of comprehensive compliance manuals and the follow-up communication and implementation thereof.
