Ms. Lin has extensive litigation experience and has independently represented clients in many complicated civil and commercial cases, including shareholder contribution and equity transfers, partnership and cooperation disputes, investment and financing, property sale and lease, etc. Meanwhile, Ms. Lin is highly experienced in the sector of culture and entertainment. She has provided comprehensive legal services for the legal drama "Law of Lady"，including script review，preparation of legal document props during the filming , and publicity and promotion during the broadcast.
Ms. Lin serves as a perennial legal counsel for many companies, with deep understanding of the business operation and the regulation of the clients. She is capable of providing comprehensive legal services in internal risk control, corporate governance, business operation,investment and financing, which maximizes the protection of clients' legal rights.

Ms. Lin graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law.
