Pamela focuses on M&A transactions, commercial litigation, and general corporate affairs, particularly in sectors such as real estate, finance, hospitality, cultural tourism, entertainment, and sports.
In the field of investment and financing, Pamela has led numerous transactions involving equity investments, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and urban renewal, with a cumulative transaction value exceeding RMB 30 billion. She provides services covering legal due diligence, project risk assessment and advice, transaction structuring, document drafting and negotiation, and post-investment risk management. Her expertise in designing complex transaction structures and mitigating legal risks demonstrates a thorough understanding of commercial regulations and compliance frameworks. Additionally, she has facilitated the successful execution of a cross-border investment project valued at over RMB 10 billion.
In dispute resolution, Pamela is experienced in handling disputes related to property leasing, franchising, unfair competition, equity investments, and labor matters. For complex cases or mass litigation, she adeptly integrates litigation and non-litigation strategies tailored to the specific circumstances of each case and the overarching business objectives. She also has extensive experience collaborating with international counsel in cross-border disputes and has successfully secured favorable outcomes for clients.
In hotel development and management, Pamela can provide clients with comprehensive legal services spanning intellectual property strategy planning, drafting and negotiation of hotel management contracts and franchise agreements, and dispute resolution.
Prior to joining TsingLaw, Pamela held in-house legal roles at CR Land, LOGAN, Ping An Real Estate, and a leading domestic hospitality and experiential consumption group.
Education
Pamela graduated from School of Law of Sun Yat-sen University with a Bachelor of Laws(LL.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
