Additionally, she has represented clients on complex civil and commercial disputes.
Mo has advised industrial-leading companies and high-growth enterprises across diverse industries, including new energy, autonomous driving, fintech, e-commerce, life sciences, media & entertainment, educational technology, and consumer retail, successfully completing numerous landmark strategic transactions and overseas listings, both in Hong Kong and U.S. Additionally, she has extensive experience in advising on shareholder disputes, and complex commercial disputes.
Prior to joining TsingLaw, attorney Li Mo practiced at the Shanghai representative offices of Cooley LLP and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
