In terms of corporate compliance, attorney YANG possesses a comprehensive understanding of the operational models and business risks of commercial real estate. She has provided long-term legal advisory services for commercial real estate complexes totaling approximately 600,000 square meters, thereby acquiring extensive experience. Prior to her tenure at TsingLaw, attorney YANG worked for King & Wood Mallesons L.L.P., Squire Patton Boggs L.L.P., and the Legal Department of LG Electronics Benelux in the Netherlands.
