Mr. Lan specializes in securities and capital markets, civil and commercial dispute resolution, and criminal practice in securities and economic cases.
In the area of securities and capital markets, Mr. Lan has advised a number of industry-leading companies in their domestic IPOs, been responsible for the investment and financing of listed companies, mergers and acquisitions, and participated in many private equity investment projects in the sectors of consumer electronics, chip manufacturing, culture and entertainment, food, medicine, agriculture and forestry. Mr. Lan has extensive experience in the domestic capital market and is capable of providing companies with a full range of legal services in the capital and securities markets.
In the area of civil and commercial dispute resolution, Mr. Lan has represented clients in a number of cases involving over RMB 100 million in private equity investment and corporate equity disputes. In addition, he is skilled in handling cases in a comprehensive manner, providing multi-dimensional and multi-level problem-solving solutions, and assisting clients in building coordination and communication with regulatory or administrative authorities (including the administrations for market supervision and administration at all levels, the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission and the public security departments).
In the area of criminal cases, Mr. Lan is an expert in risk prevention, mitigation, and disposition for major economic criminal cases and related criminal compliance cases. He has handled many duty-related crimes involving corporate managers and private equity fund managers, as well as securities-related crimes involving actual controllers of listed companies and private equity fund managers. He has a wealth of experience in the area of duty-related crimes and securities-related crimes, and is able to provide all-round services, including criminal compliance, criminal risk prevention and criminal case representation.

Education
Mr. Lan received his degree of Bachelor of Law from Tsinghua University Law School and his degree of Master of Law from National University of Defense Technology, majoring in International Relations.
