Attorney CAI has been involved in the IPO processes and subsequent refinancing for over ten companies across industries such as medical devices, chip design, industrial equipment manufacturing, software development, automotive components, energy storage, and smart home solutions. Notable projects that have successfully gone public both domestically and internationally include Puya Semiconductor (688766), Montage Technology (688008), La Chapelle (603157), Changzhou Langbo (603665), and Xinyi Solar (03868HK).
Throughout his career, attorney CAI has successfully managed private equity investments and M&A transactions totaling several billion yuan. He is also adept at handling various commercial litigation and arbitration cases, particularly in equity disputes and commercial contract matters. Additionally, attorney CAI serves as a regular legal advisor to multiple large state-owned and private enterprises.
