Qiaofeng Li specializes in dispute resolution, compliance and government regulation, corporate investment and financing, and competition law. He has advised leading multinational corporations, large state-owned enterprises, and prominent private companies across various sectors, including healthcare, energy, construction engineering, international trade, finance, semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, entertainment, telecommunications, automotive, chemicals, consumer goods, and cross-border e-commerce.

Qiaofeng is highly skilled in managing complex dispute resolution matters, with extensive experience representing clients in litigation and arbitration cases involving substantial sums. He has successfully handled cases before courts and arbitration commissions nationwide, covering a wide array of disputes such as commercial contract issues, equity transfer and investment conflicts, corporate governance and control disputes, international trade disputes, financial contract disputes, trademark and unfair competition issues, and product liability cases. His expertise extends to cross-border dispute resolution, where he has assisted clients in parallel litigation in both Chinese and U.S. courts. In the realm of administrative litigation, Qiaofeng has a proven track record in government information disclosure lawsuits. He is also adept at providing compliance non-prosecution services in criminal cases, with significant experience in handling matters involving job-related, economic, and financial crimes.

Qiaofeng is proficient in developing comprehensive compliance systems for clients, particularly large state-owned enterprises. His experience includes specialized compliance frameworks for personal information protection, competition law, and cross-border trade.

In addition, Qiaofeng is adept at guiding clients through complex government investigations. He has assisted several leading American companies in responding to anti-monopoly investigations led by the State Administration for Market Regulation and cybersecurity reviews by the National Cyber Security Review Office. He has also supported numerous enterprises and individuals in responding to insider trading investigations initiated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and has represented several major multinational companies in cases involving false advertising, unfair competition, and commercial bribery investigations initiated by the State Administration for Market Regulation and various local market supervision administrations.

Education
Qiaofeng Li graduated from the Law School of Tsinghua University with a Bachelor of Laws degree and obtained a Master of Laws degree from the Law School of the University of Chicago.
