He has successfully handled cases before courts and arbitration commissions nationwide, covering a wide array of disputes such as commercial contract issues, equity transfer and investment conflicts, corporate governance and control disputes, international trade disputes, financial contract disputes, trademark and unfair competition issues, and product liability cases. His expertise extends to cross-border dispute resolution, where he has assisted clients in parallel litigation in both Chinese and U.S. courts. In the realm of administrative litigation, Qiaofeng has a proven track record in government information disclosure lawsuits. He is also adept at providing compliance non-prosecution services in criminal cases, with significant experience in handling matters involving job-related, economic, and financial crimes.

Qiaofeng Li graduated from the Law School of Tsinghua University with a Bachelor of Laws degree and obtained a Master of Laws degree from the Law School of the University of Chicago.
