Mrs. Zheng specializes in investment & financing, M&A, capital market, equity incentive, corporate compliance, and dispute resolution.

Mrs. Zheng has assisted several financial investment institutions and strategic investors in numerous venture capital and private equity investments with different structures. She also assisted many companies in different rounds of equity financing at various stages and construction and dismantling of red chip structures, involving the industries of new energy, semiconductors, biomedicine, Internet, consumption, education, mining, food processing and gaming.

With extensive experience in capital market, Mrs. Zheng has advised many companies on domestic and overseas IPOs, major asset restructuring, refinancing, listing on NEEQ, acquisition of controlling equity in listed companies. As she is well versed in Chinese and foreign listing rules, Mrs. Zheng can provide not only compliance advice and listing services for companies planning to be listed, but also feasible advice on investment, financing and exit for investment and financing projects based on her past broad experience of IPO examination and approval.

Mrs. Zheng has served as a legal counsel for many companies including listed companies and NEEQ-listed companies, and provided equity incentive services. Proficient with relevant legal regulations and industry knowledge, she can provide professional and effective legal advice to clients in respect of equity structure, system design, compliance and risk control, etc.

Mrs. Zheng has represented many clients in litigation and arbitration or has provided the relevant legal services.

Before joining TsingLaw, Mrs. Zheng worked at Haiwen & Partners, Shanghai office and Merits & Tree (Shanghai) Law Office.

Mrs. Zheng received her degrees of bachelor and master from East China University of Political Science and Law, and is qualified to practice law in China.
