Attorney HUANG specializes in funds, asset-based securitization, publicly offered REITs, trusts, banking, insurance, and diverse financial sectors, along with M&A, PE investments, and other equity transactions. Her legal services cover multiple industries, including new energy, real estate (various categories), infrastructure projects (industrial parks, indemnificatory housing, logistics, warehouses, highways), manufacturing, and building materials.
Since 2016, attorney HUANG has been dedicated to commercial transactions. She has been providing extensive legal services to many financial institutions and state-owned enterprises, covering transaction structuring, due diligence, document preparation, and issuance of due diligence reports and legal opinions.
She boasts considerable experience in pioneering REITs’ initial offerings and expansion projects in China, including those in the inaugural batch. Prior to joining Tsinglaw, attorney HUANG practiced at Zhong Lun Law Firm.

508008 REIT (the first REIT in the western area of China), for which attorney HUANG served as the signatory counsel, was honored as one of the Deals of the Year 2022 by China Business Law Journal and clinched the title of Outstanding Infrastructure Publicly Offered REIT at the 2022 Real Estate Securitization Frontier Awards.
508068 REIT (one of the first REITs in the area of indemnificatory housing), for which attorney HUANG served as the signatory counsel, clinched the title of Best Infrastructure Publicly Offered REIT in the 2022 Real Estate Securitization Frontiers Awards.

Attorney HUANG graduated from School of Law of Sun Yat-sen University with a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree.
