Attorney Lv is mainly engaged in IPO, corporate M&A and general corporate affairs. Attorney Lv has been practiced law since 2011. With a dozen years of experiences, she has assisted various clients for the successful IPOs in China’s capital market and accumulated rich experiences in the fields of manufacturing, medical devices, high-tech and AI intelligence. Attorney Lv has served as the legal adviser of many listed companies and has led the securities compliance, IPO offerings, mergers and acquisitions, data compliance and employee incentive plans of many PRC and overseas listed companies and multinational companies.
Attorney Lv is enthusiastic about public welfare and charitable activities, she has participated in the daily legal services of multiple Charitable Foundations, and has rich experience in the establishment, operation, and compliance of Non-Governmental Organizations s in China.
Prior to joining Tsing Law, attorney Lv worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm’s Beijing Office as senior attorney.

Attorney Lv graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Commercial, and Economic Affairs, and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Master’s Degree in Law.
