Attorney Xiaoqiu LI is qualified as a lawyer in both New York State and China, and he is mainly engaged in domestic and overseas capital markets, acquisition and restructuring, private equity and venture capital, foreign direct investment, and daily legal consulting business of enterprises. Before joining TsingLaw, attorney LI has worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm for many years.
Attorney LI has rich experience in the field of capital markets. He has successfully hosted many overseas IPOs, refinancing of listed companies and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and provided perennial legal advisory services for many domestic and overseas listed companies. In the field of private equity investment and financing, attorney LI has completed several private equity investment and financing projects on behalf of many leading private equity investment companies, leading enterprises in the sector, central enterprises, and state-owned enterprises.

Attorney LI graduated from New York University with a bachelor’s degree in economics, and then studied at Penn State Law and received a Juris Doctor degree.
