Ms. Fang LONG participated in the case filed by Guangzhou Redsun Gas Appliances Co., Ltd. (广州市红日燃具有限公司) against a company in Guangdong and other defendants on the grounds of trademark infringement and unfair competition. This case was identified by the High People’s Court of Guangdong Province (广东省高院) on its official WeChat public account as “So far, this case has been awarded the highest amount of compensation for IP right infringement in the industry of home appliance”.

Ms. Fang LONG graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law (中南财经政法大学) with a bachelor’s degree in law.
