Associate LUO has rich experience in private equity investment and financing, and has represented many leading private equity investment companies, leading enterprises in the industry, as well as central and state-owned enterprises in a number of private equity investment and financing projects with a transaction value of over CNY 20 billion, and has served clients in various industry sectors such as semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and finance.
Associate LUO also has extensive experience in the capital market. She has successfully hosted a number of IPOs, refinancing and M&A restructuring of listed companies, and has provided permanent legal counsel for a number of listed companies.
Associate LUO has represented debtors, creditors, or investors in a number of debt restructuring and bankruptcy reorganization projects.
In addition, she also represented clients in litigation and arbitration cases.
