Ms. yifang bai is a member of the new york bar association, certificated information privacy professional / united states（cipp/us），and certificated information privacy professional / europe（cipp/e）.
Ms. bai conducts compliance investigation and assessment for chinese and foreign corporate clients, provides legal opinion for foreign-related data compliance issues regarding eu laws and us laws, and helps with the implements of compliance programs overseas for chinese clients, and vice versa. ms. bai participated in multiple research programs in the field of internet regulation.
