Mr. Xinze Tong focuses his practices on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, venture capital, civil and commercial dispute resolution, and general corporate affairs. He serves clients from a wide range of industries, including real estate and infrastructure, finance, asset management, pharmaceutical and healthcare, telecommunications, and new energy. Before joining TsingLaw Partners, Mr. Tong worked in Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Mr. Tong has provided advice to many top investment institutions on various equity investment and collaboration projects in sectors such as real estate, food and beverage, high-end manufacturing, and light asset operations. He offers clients full-process legal services, such as legal advice, legal due diligence, transaction structure design, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents, assisting with the closing, and post-investment management. Additionally, he has represented numerous well-known domestic companies in arbitration and court proceedings regarding disputes over equity cooperation and commercial building agency sales contracts. He also offers general legal services to many companies, helps them with internal risk management, dispute resolution, investment, and financing, and has the flexibility to employ both litigation and non-litigation methods to protect their legitimate interests.

Mr. Tong graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor’s degree in law and then received a master’s degree in law from Jilin University.
