In terms of investment and financing business, attorney GENG can provide clients with legal services including legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing investment and financing documents, etc. In terms of civil and commercial dispute resolution, attorney GENG is good at civil and commercial litigation and arbitration related to organization, finance and contract, and has participated in handling civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and enforcement cases of many organizations in Beijing Arbitration Commission and courts at all levels in Beijing.
Before joining TsingLaw Partners, attorney GENG had worked in DeHeng Law Offices for nearly four years, and also has practical experience in private equity funds, IPO, mergers and acquisitions and other fields.

Attorney GENG graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree in law; graduated from Goethe University Frankfurt, with LLM degree in financial law.
