Mr. Li is good at providing legal services for various types of clients, including securities compliance, investment and financing, equity reorganization, corporate governance, equity incentives, M&A, and dispute resolution. Before joining TsingLaw Partners, Mr. Li worked in Zhong Lun Law Firm for years.

Mr. Li is possessed of rich and extensive experience in the field of capital markets, and has successfully handled, as the lead attorney, a large number of projects such as IPOs, refinancing, M&A and reorganization of listed companies, listing on the NEEQ and private placement, as well as the construction and removal of the VIE/red chip structures; meanwhile, Mr. Li has also successively served as a perennial legal advisor to a number of listed companies and NEEQ-listed companies.

Mr. Li is also rather experienced in the fields of private equity, investment and financing, and has acted for investors or target companies in completing a number of private equity investment and financing projects, with the clients served by him covering various industrial sectors such as semiconductor, new materials, TMT, culture & entertainment, finance, and education & training.
In addition, Mr. Li also handles litigation and arbitration cases for clients.

Mr. Li graduated from the Law School of China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree.
