Before joining TsingLaw Partners , attorney CHEN worked in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC , Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. and China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd. for more than ten years.
In the financial-related field, attorney Yu CHEN has provided legal services for a number of large central and state-owned enterprises, including banks, trust companies, asset management companies and financial technology companies, with such services involving legal consultations related to financial regulatory policies, compliance review of products and business, etc. In addition, attorney CHEN has also provided fixed-income related services, such as asset securitization and bond issuance, for a number of financial leasing companies, real estate companies, and construction companiesetc. In the field of listing and M&A, attorney Yu CHEN has participated in a number of complex and innovative listing, M&A and financing projects, and has provided clients with services at different stages of such projects, including, without limitation, the design of project plan, the financial and legal due diligence, the communication with regulatory agencies and intermediaries, and the declaration, application and/or approval formalities on the part of the investors.

Attorney Yu CHEN graduated from Tianjin University and Peking University with a bachelor and a master’s degree in law respectively.
