Joy specializes in providing legal services in corporate governance, investment and financing, and M&A for various types of clients, covering industries like TMT, entertainment, finance, education, medicine and other industries. She has successfully assisted many RMB funds and corporate clients in completing investment and exit of domestic and overseas projects. In addition, Joy also has extensive experience in the culture and entertainment industry and civil and commercial dispute resolution.
