Ms. Zhang is proficient in Chinese, English and French, and can provide clients with comprehensive legal services, including legal due diligence, drafting and review of various transaction documents, design of corporate equity structure, business and data compliance, risk control, and civil and commercial dispute resolution, with the industries covered by her services including automobile, real estate, cultural tourism, finance, Internet, and new energy.

Ms. Zhang graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor’s degree in law, and then graduated from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and Université d’Aix-Marseille with a master’s degree in French and European law and a master’s degree in commercial law respectively.
