Mr. Gu's main areas of practice are international investment and financing, private equity, enterprise M & A and restructuring, international hotel development and general corporate service.
Mr. Gu has served as Director of Legal Affairs and Compliance in large scale investment institutions. He is well versed in the financing, investment, management and withdrawal processes of private equity funds and has extensive experience in building the legal framework of RMB and USD funds, as well as in the design of transaction structure and risk control for enterprise cross-border investment and M&A projects.
Mr. Gu, who has worked at the headquarters of the international top hotel management group, can provide clients with comprehensive legal service in drafting, negotiation, plan realizing and dispute resolution of international hotel management contracts and franchise contracts.
Mr. Gu also worked in a number of top international law firms, mainly in the provision of legal service to capital markets.
Mr. Gu is qualified as a New York Attorney at Law, whose working languages are Chinese and English.
