Ms. Liu's main practice areas include perennial legal advisers in the TMT industry, private equity funds, investment and financing projects and dispute resolution. In the financial sector, Ms. Liu has served a number of well-known venture capital and private equity funds, with a deep understanding of the Chinese laws and regulations and regulatory requirements involved in deal, and is well versed in the operating patterns and trading structures prevailing in the field of international venture capital. As she serves dozens of TMT companies, Ms. Liu is committed to providing legal service such as equity structure design, financing negotiation, investment and financing dispute resolution at all stages. Based on her rich experience of working with both investment and financing, she effectively assists the start-up team to avoid business risks and legal risks and successfully assists them to complete multiple rounds of financing. Ms. Liu works in both English and Chinese. She has served as a legal manager for a listed company on the New York Stock Exchange and has deep insight into the compliance and legal risk management of TMT companies.
