Ms. Song is familiar with financial industry laws, regulations and policies. She participated in the drafting of China M & A Industry Code of Conduct edited by China M & A Association. She has a deep knowledge of investment, financing and M & A rules and procedures and has successfully assisted dozens of clients to complete investment, financing, M & A and restructuring.
Ms. Song also knows the process and operation of structure design, management and exit of financial products and has rich experience in the establishment of financial products structure. Currently, she serves several investment companies, private equity funds, etc. She provides whole-process legal service to dozens of private equity funds, financial products, etc.
Ms. Song is familiar with the theory and practice of company law and has a deep understanding of share structure, option design, corporate governance, etc. She, assisting clients preventing legal risks and resolving legal issue effectively, is an expert in providing whole-process legal service including equity structure design, option incentive scheme, organizational structure design, product pattern design, business operation and crisis management.
