Having worked in Japan for several years, attorney LI has provided legal consulting services to numerous Japanese companies concerning project planning, design, and construction. Since 2011, she has accumulated over a decade of experience as an attorney, participating in multiple large-scale investments by Japanese enterprises in China and corporate merger and acquisition projects. She possesses extensive experience in the establishment and subsequent legal services for foreign-owned and joint ventures, with particular expertise in Japanese legal business.

Attorney LI graduated from the Department of Economic Law at East China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws degree.
