Attorney Li Wangyan specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution, real estate and construction engineering, intellectual property rights, bankruptcy, and general corporate matters.
Since 2014, Mr. Li has been working as an attorney for nearly six years and has an additional four years of experience in in-house legal roles. With a long-standing focus on dispute resolution, Mr. Li has gained extensive experience in court appearances and handled more than ten complex commercial litigation and arbitration cases worth more than RMB 100 million. In litigation, he has represented large-scale centrally-administrated state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises, public institutions, and well-known listed companies in various cases across all levels of courts, such as cases involving commercial contract, construction projects, product liability, corporate finance, infringement on trademarks, copyrights and other intellectual property rights, and unfair competition. In arbitration, Mr. Li has represented enterprises in various dispute cases before reputable arbitration commissions such as China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Beijing Arbitration Commission, and Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. In addition, he has provided perennial legal advisory services on general corporate matters to various large-scale centrally-administrated state-owned enterprises, state-owned enterprises, public institutions, and well-known listed companies. In bankruptcy and liquidation, Mr. Li has served as a member of the bankruptcy administrator team for relevant projects, accumulating rich practical experience in bankruptcy proceedings for real estate project companies.
Prior to joining TsingLaw, Mr. Li worked successively in the dispute resolution department of Beijing Tian Yuan Law Firm, the legal department of Pinduoduo, the legal department of Red Star Macalline Group Corporation Ltd., and the legal risk control department of Kaisa Shanghai Group.

Education
Mr. Li received his bachelor’s degree in law from the School of Intellectual Property of East China University of Political Science and Law.
