Attorney Binbin LI specializes in corporate bankruptcy and liquidation, civil and commercial dispute resolution, and non-performing asset management.
Attorney LI is distinguished by his profound experience in resolving complex civil and commercial disputes, notably in the realms of significant compulsory corporate liquidations, bankruptcy cases for both corporations and individuals, and subsequent bankruptcy litigation. Since 2017, he has accrued over seven years of specialized experience as a bankruptcy administrator.
Acting as a staff member of the administrator, attorney LI has handled dozens of corporate reorganization and bankruptcy liquidation cases, including: The pre-reorganization and reorganization of Lonkey (Stock Code: 000523, SZ) (accepted by the Guangzhou Intermediate People’s Court), the pre-reorganization, reorganization, and bankruptcy liquidation of Shenzhen Protruly Electronics Co., Ltd. (*ST Protruly’s wholly-owned subsidiary) (accepted by the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court, involving debts exceeding CNY 6 billion and over 650 employee and general creditors), the reorganization and liquidation of Shenzhen Fuyin Food Group Co., Ltd. (accepted by the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court), the bankruptcy liquidation of Shenzhen ET Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. (handled by the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court), the reorganization and liquidation of Shenzhen Xindelai Industrial Co., Ltd.(accepted by the Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court), the bankruptcy liquidation of three companies including Sure Express Co., Ltd. Acting as a staff member of the liquidation group, he has handled multiple compulsory company liquidation cases, including those of Shenzhen Hongkang Industrial Co., Ltd. (accepted by the Shenzhen Luohu District People’s Court) and Shenzhen Baochuang Building Materials Co., Ltd. (accepted by the Shenzhen Qianhai Cooperation Zone People’s Court).
Acting as a staff member of the administrator, he has managed individual bankruptcy cases such as the personal bankruptcy reorganization of Mr. Wu (which was recognized by the Shenzhen Bankruptcy Administrators Association as one of the "Top Ten Individual Bankruptcy Representative Cases from 2020 to 2022") and the personal bankruptcy liquidation of Ms. Wang, among others.
In addition, acting as a staff member of the liquidation group or the administrator, he has participated in representing more than a hundred derivative litigation and enforcement cases. These cases encompass a wide range of causes, including disputes over bankruptcy revocation rights, claims for revocation of individual repayments, recovery of external debts, damages to the debtor’s interests, harm to corporate interests, confirmation of employee bankruptcy claims, recovery of unpaid contributions, auction contract disputes, ownership confirmation, housing lease contracts, technology commission development contracts, labor disputes, private lending disputes, and more — spanning over dozens of different types. Successful judgments have been obtained across more than ten courts, including the Guangdong High People’s Court, Shenzhen Intermediate People’s Court, Nanshan District People’s Court, Futian District People’s Court, Longgang District People’s Court, Qianhai Cooperation Zone People’s Court, Bao’an District People’s Court, Luohu District People’s Court, Longhua District People’s Court, Foshan Sanshui People’s Court, Huizhou Intermediate People’s Court, and others. Through these efforts, he has helped recover losses amounting to hundreds of millions of yuan for creditors of bankrupt enterprises and company shareholders.

Education
Attorney LI graduated from Gannan Medical University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, and graduated from Anhui University Law School with a Master’s Degree in Law.
