These deals pertain to Mengniu’s exclusive production and supply of co-branded ice cream, yogurt, and dairy products for “Universal Beijing Resort” and “Shanghai Disneyland,” including IP licensing and strategic partnership arrangements. She has further represented TAL in copyright cooperation and related licensing matters with distinguished publishing houses in the UK and the U.S., offering full-range legal services including document review and negotiations in both languages.
