Mr. Peng brings extensive experience from renowned red circle law firms, where he has represented premier investment institutions in numerous private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and tender offers in the secondary market. He has also played a pivotal role in guiding dozens of leading unicorn companies through multiple rounds of equity financing.
In addition to his law firm experience, Mr. Peng has served as in-house counsel in the Investment and M&A Department of Tencent Group, as well as at the Asia-Pacific headquarters of a Fortune Global 500 American company. His responsibilities in these roles included managing post-investment matters, ensuring compliance, and overseeing governance.
Furthermore, Mr. Peng has provided comprehensive wealth management advice to high-net-worth clients. This includes strategizing to mitigate family wealth risks and arranging inheritance for their children.
