Ms. Ganfen OUYANG is highly experienced in legal studies and has many years of experience in civil and commercial law, intellectual property and criminal law. She has provided legal advisory and dispute resolution services to various types of companies, including state-owned enterprises, traditional private companies, leading Internet companies, and cultural media companies, and has represented clients in several criminal cases related to duty and economic crimes. She has also participated in the retrial cases in the Supreme People’s Court for many times.
Ms. OUYANG is skilled at analysis and research of civil-criminal overlapping cases and dispute resolution. She is capable of providing tailor-made and comprehensive legal services in internal risk control and dispute resolution, assisting corporate clients in cooperating with the investigation of law enforcement authorities at various levels and providing related advisory opinions, helping clients identify and prevent criminal risk arising from their operations and management activities in order to protect the lawful operation of clients and the personal safety of entrepreneurs and senior officers.
Before joining TsingLaw, she worked at Lifang & Partners, Beijing Intellectual Property Institute, and the Third Criminal Law Research Center of the University of Freiburg in Germany.

Ms. Ganfen OUYANG graduated from the Law School of Jinan University with her master’s degree in civil and commercial law, and the University of Freiburg in Germany with a master’s degree in criminal law.
