In area of dispute resolution, Ms. WANG has represented and participated in many domestic and international litigation and arbitration cases, including first-instance, second-instance, retrial, recognition and enforcement cases in domestic courts, arbitration cases in arbitration institutions such as China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), as well as litigation cases in Singapore High Court, and investment arbitration cases in International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID). The types of cases she has handled include equity investment disputes, partnership agreement disputes, fund management liability disputes, corporate governance disputes, tort liability disputes, insurance contract disputes, real estate development cooperation disputes, real estate development and operation disputes, property leasing contract disputes, transportation agreement disputes, international sale of goods contract disputes, etc. In terms of industry sectors, Ms. WANG provides legal counseling, training and dispute resolution services for various enterprises in the fields of private equity funds, real estate, medical, telecommunications, energy, manufacturing, transportation, etc.
In area of corporate, M&A and financial services, Ms. WANG has been deeply involved in numerous equity investment financing projects, debt-to-equity conversion projects and fintech projects. She has also provided legal advisory services to many large enterprises.
Before joining Tsinglaw, Ms. WANG worked in the Beijing offices under Dispute Resolution Department of Zhong Lun Law Firm and Hui Zhong Law Firm for many years. Prior to that, Ms. WANG also worked in the Beijing offices under Audit Department of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, providing audit and consulting services to multiple financial enterprises.
