Over the years, she has provided perennial legal advisory services, specialized compliance services and litigation/arbitration representation services for many well-known Internet companies, including Huawei, BlueFocus, Sina, ByteDance and OPPO, public relations and advertising companies, and film and television investment companies.
Ms. Fan is highly experienced in corporate compliance. She is specializing in accurately assessing risks and helping clients tackle pain points and difficulties in business compliance as required by the products and services. In the field of civil and commercial dispute resolution, Ms. Fan has rich experience in litigation and arbitration. She has represented clients in many courts and arbitration institutions for many typical cases. The case on infringement of users' personal information rights and interests by Weread, in which she represented, was included in the work report of the Supreme People's Court and specially reported by CCTV's "Law Online" program.

Ms. Fan graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with her bachelor degree in law and master degree in civil and commercial law.
