Ms. JIANG has assisted domestic and foreign clients in handling a large number of civil and commercial litigation cases and enforcement cases, as well as arbitration cases filed with arbitration institutions such as the CIETAC, BAC, SCIA, SHAC, GZAC, etc. Moreover, Ms. JIANG has handled multiple complex commercial litigation and arbitration cases. The disputes are related to real estate development and cooperation, property buying and selling, leasing, construction engineering, valuation adjustment mechanism, shareholding entrustment, international sale of goods, labor disputes, rights of audio and video producers, rights of information network transmission, computer software copyright, execution objections, etc.
In related fields such as real estate, construction, internet, culture and media, finance and similar industries, Ms. JIANG provides comprehensive legal services to enterprises, including dispute resolution, legal consulting, and corporate training.
In the fields of real estate and construction engineering, Ms. JIANG has a deep understanding of the operation mode and business risks of construction engineering, commercial property buying and selling, and has handled nearly 100 related cases. She served as a regular legal adviser for commercial real estate complexes of approximately 600,000 sqm.
In the disputes of intellectual property, Ms. JIANG represented a famous MCN in a series of disputes over ownership of the rights of audio and video recording producers in Beijing Intellectual Property Court. The case is known as “the first case of domestic MCN commercial music infringement”. She also represented Youku Company in its claims against private cinema operators over infringement of information network transmission rights. Some cases were reported by multiple media outlets such as Beijing Court news center (www.bjgy.bjcourt.gov.cn), National Copyright Administration website (www.ncac.gov.cn), China Intellectual Property News website (www.iprchn.com), and Beijing Daily (www.bjd.com.cn).
