Kevin is an outstanding litigation attorney at Tsinglaw, and his practice focuses on intellectual property rights protection, trade litigation & arbitration, important compliance, and giant panda-related laws.
For intellectual property, he deals with trademarks (prosecution and litigation), copyrights (including music, film, short videos, and online games), patents, anti-unfair competition (including trade secrets and abuse of IP rights), various types of IP trade contracts, artist contracts, and disputes regarding film and television projects, import/export transfers of technology etc.
The Jindie case regarding the abuse of IP rights and the Huarun trademark and unfair competition case represented by him were selected as the annual typical intellectual property cases by the Supreme People's Court.
