Mr. Jincheng AN specializes in providing professional dispute resolution solutions for enterprises, realizing the cornerstone risk prevention and control of enterprises through the construction of fundamental systems, and providing customized legal services for various industries; with the professional capacities to provide clients with a full range of risk management and control measures and to resolve disputes for clients, he is good at a full range of legal services from corporate structure design, product model design, and business operation to crisis handling.

Mr. Jincheng AN is a lecturer and a master tutor of the School of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law, CUPL; meanwhile, he also serves as the deputy secretary-general and a director of the Internet Finance Law Research Association of Beijing Law Society , and a director of the Banking Law Research Association of the Beijing Law Society.

Mr. Jincheng AN has participated in a number of projects of the National Social Science Fund of China , such as the project for “Legal Guarantee of Internet Economy”, and has published many papers in core magazines and journals such as Political Science and Law, Journal of Law Application , Jilin University Journal Social Sciences Edition, Law Science Magazine and Yuedan Civil and Commercial Law Journal. In 2019, he was awarded the “Excellent Paper Award for Young Professionals”by the Commercial Law Institute of China Law Society.

Mr. Jincheng AN graduated from the School of Law, Tsinghua University for his studies for a bachelor’s, a master’s and a doctoral degree, and obtained LL.B., LL.M. and LL.D. therefrom; in the academic year of 2016-2017, he went to study in Heidelberg University in Germany under a joint education program (state-sponsored).
