Before joining TsingLaw Partners, Ms. He has worked in JunHe LLP, a top PRC law firm in China, for more than seven years.
Ms. He has significant experience in various M&A and private equity/venture capital transactions. She has participated in a large number of complex and innovative projects, and provides services in the course of due diligence, transaction structuring, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and closing. She also has advised various clients on foreign investments in China, corporate restructuring and liquidation, and divestment projects, and has extensive experience and expertise in foreign investment permission, foreign exchange, corporate compliance matters related to establishment, operation and divestment of foreign invested enterprises.
