In terms of equity investment and M&A, attorney WANG has repeatedly provided ad-hoc legal services for the cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions of domestic A-share listed companies, and the cross-border mergers and acquisitions of state-owned enterprises subordinate to Sichuan Province; besides, attorney WANG has also provided ad-hoc legal services concerning equity investment for a number of start-up companies to introduce financial investors. In addition, attorney WANG has also provided: relevant legal services for a well-known NGO in connection with its domestic compliance matters; trade secret compliance related legal services for a well-known mobile game company; and relevant legal services for a top vertical MCN institution in China in relation to its compliance and daily operation matters.

Attorney Chen WANG graduated from the Law School of Nanjing University with a bachelor’s degree, and from Washington University in St. Louis, School of Law with a master’s degree. Attorney WANG has the qualifications to practice as a Chinese lawyer, and also for the practice in securities and funds.
