In addition, attorney ZHANG is good at exploring the potential risks in commercial contracts, and has drafted and reviewed a number of transaction documents; moreover, by virtue of her understanding of various transaction risks, she is able to provide clients with forward-looking legal opinions.

Attorney Xue ZHANG graduated from Xi’an University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor’s degree in management, and from Peking University with a master’s degree in law.
