Mr. Zheng is experienced in the field of IP litigation and international commercial dispute resolution, representing clients in various litigations and arbitrations in areas of trademark, patent, copyright, trade secret, domain name, franchise, joint ventures, technology transfer, and other contract and infringement disputes. Representing dozens of IP civil and administrative cases before the Chinese Courts at various levels and arbitration cases at CIETAC, Beijing Arbitration Commission, ICC International Court of Arbitration, SHIAC, HKIAC.

Mr. Zheng has been Awarded by the Beijing Chaoyang Bar Association as the Excellent New Practicing Attorney; organizing and participating the 7th China Internet Radio & Video Convention, the Proseminar of Legal Protection of Short Videos sponsored by the China Netcasting Service Association, and the Proseminar of IP Protection of Sports Games and Programs by the China Sports Law Association.

Mr. Zheng , as the subeditor, drafting and published the Related Laws and Authoritative Cases Compilation of the Civil Code, General Principle, right of personality and supplementary Section; as a member of the editorial committee, drafting the White Paper for the Legal Practice and Big Data Analysis for the Copyright Protection of Audiovisual Programs.

Mr. Zheng received his LL.B. in Southwest University of Political Science & Law, and his LL.M. in Washington University in St. Louis.
