Mr. Liu is a partner of TsingLaw Shanghai Office. He has been engaged in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as regulatory compliance business for many years. Mr. Liu has been involved in handling numerous civil and commercial disputes with large disputed amount and complex legal relationship. He has been entrusted by Chinese and foreign enterprises to conduct investigations, assessments and provide legal advice on their internal compliance matters, as well as to help corporate customers respond to public crises, including investigations and enforcement actions from different government departments in the areas of network security, advertisement law, product liability, etc. In recent years, Mr. Liu has also handled a series of new types of disputes in the cultural and sports industry on behalf of different clients and has his own unique experience in resolving related and new types of cases.
Before joining TsingLaw, Mr. Liu worked in a top PRC law firm for more than seven years.
Mr. Liu is admitted to practice in China and his working language is Chinese and English.
