Ms. Hao’s main practice areas include intellectual property and civil and commercial litigation. With more than ten years of working experience in a Beijing local court, she has accumulated rich experience in the field of intellectual property trial and civil trial.
As the presiding judge, Ms. Hao reviewed and judged more than 1000 cases of copyright, trademark and unfair competition disputes. The “Rio cocktail” unfair competition judged by Ms. Hao was selected as the “Top 10” typical intellectual property rights cases of Beijing court in 2017. The “Gui An Zu”(诡案组) copyright infringement case judged by Ms. Hao was selected as a typical intellectual property rights case of national-wide courts in 2018.
