Mr. Zheng offers legal service to incorporation of real estate development company, land transfer, real estate project transfer, demolition compensation, construction, real estate sales and leasing, real estate financing, property service and other real estate development stages. In the meanwhile, he is specialized in real estate development and construction-related dispute resolution. Since 2005, Mr. Zheng has provided legal service to more than a dozen real estate development companies and dozens of real estate projects.
