Mr. Feng’s main practice areas include real estate, construction, mergers and acquisitions and civil and commercial litigation/arbitration. On behalf of many well-known domestic and foreign real estate and construction companies, Mr. Feng participated in real estate funding, development, construction, sales, leasing, property management and other business. Mr. Feng has handled more than 100 construction and real estate related projects. Mr. Feng also handled more than 100 litigation and arbitration cases on behalf of multinational companies, investment institutions, and large state-owned or private companies in Chinese courts at all levels, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Beijing Arbitration Commission, etc. With a wealth of professional knowledge and rigorous work attitude, the vast majority of cases represented by Mr. Feng have achieved satisfactory results for clients.
