Prior to joining TsingLaw, Attorney Liu Lang worked in the overseas tax department of a multinational corporation, where he was responsible for tax filing and planning for multiple business lines' overseas expansion. He led the tax structure optimization of an Asia-Pacific logistics group, tax incentive applications for real estate investments in North America and Europe, and the establishment of tax-exempt structures in UAE free zones. He also successfully handled tax audits and examinations in Indonesia, Vietnam, Canada, and other countries.
After becoming an attorney, Liu Lang has handled U.S. corporate restructuring tax advisory, tax planning for individuals with multiple residency statuses, and U.S. tax-exempt status applications for a domestic non-profit organization.

Attorney Liu Lang is a licensed attorney in China, a Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a licensed attorney in the State of California, U.S.A.

Attorney Liu Lang received his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Civil and Commercial Law from the China University of Political Science and Law, and earned a Master of Laws in Taxation from Northwestern University School of Law.
