Having worked for a leading domestic new energy vehicle enterprise and multiple enterprises engaged in the automotive industry as Legal Manager and Senior Legal Specialist, Attorney Geng has deeply participated in legal matters such as US and Hong Kong stock IPOs, cross-border investment and financing, data compliance and dispute resolution. She possesses extensive practical experience in corporate compliance.
Prior to her current practice, Attorney Geng worked at several law firms, providing dispute resolution services for listed companies and unicorn enterprises. A case of unfair competition involving a well-known used car company, which she represented and won, was selected as one of the Top 10 Typical Cases on Intellectual Property Protection by Putuo District People's Court of Shanghai in 2019.

She was awarded the 2021 LEGALBAND Rising Star In-House Counsel Award during her tenure in corporate legal departments.
