Prior to joining TsingLaw Partners, Ms. Zhao worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm and a foreign-funded insurance company.
She boasts extensive experience in capital market matters. She has participated in and led domestic and overseas IPOs, M&A and refinancing of listed companies, NEEQ listing and refinancing projects, establishment and investment of equity investment funds, fund manager registration and fund filing, equity incentive programs, etc. She also serves as perennial legal counsel for listed companies and NEEQ-listed enterprises.
Ms. Zhao is proficient in designing corporate governance structures and conducting compliance reviews of information disclosure, with in-depth insights into standardized management of shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior management. She is familiar with the governance and operation models of overseas companies and excels in cross-border communication to deliver foreign-related legal services for clients. She specializes in wealth planning via insurance and trust tools, possesses comprehensive knowledge of fiscal and tax regulations, and focuses on civil and commercial dispute resolution, to provide full-life-cycle legal services for enterprises.

Ms. Zhao earned her Bachelor of Laws from Shandong University Law School (Law & Japanese Dual-Track Program).
She holds two Master of Laws degrees: one in Criminal Law from Tsinghua University Law School, and an LL.M. from New York University School of Law in the United States.
