Since commencing her legal career, attorney Dan Wang has focused on providing legal services in the fields of culture, entertainment, sports, civil and commercial disputes, and intellectual property. She has successively served as legal counsel for a number of well-known actors, writers, athletes, as well as various enterprises and institutions in the culture, entertainment and sports sectors (including but not limited to matters related to entertainment brokerage, film and television investment and production, artist advertising endorsements, music work licensing, and literary work publishing and licensing). She has also participated in numerous civil and commercial dispute cases (including but not limited to disputes over cooperative creation contracts, equity transfer disputes, and film and television investment contract disputes).Attorney Dan Wang has extensive practical experience in culture and entertainment, sports, civil and commercial dispute resolution, and intellectual property.
