During her practice, she has provided services for dozens of listed companies, conglomerates, investment institutions, state owned enterprises and small and medium sized enterprises in IPO, refinancing, NEEQ listing, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, asset securitization, civil and commercial dispute resolution and general legal counsel. Her clientele covers new energy, telecommunications, semiconductors, new materials, new consumption, biomedicine, drones, cross border e commerce, finance and other industries.
In non litigation practice, Lawyer Wang provides one stop, full cycle legal services including legal due diligence, equity structure design, equity incentive, joint stock reform and corporate governance improvement, drafting and review of various contracts and internal policies, compliance system establishment, legal training, review of investment and financing agreements, commercial negotiation and transaction closing; issuance of legal due diligence reports, legal opinions, lawyers’ work reports, legal memoranda, demand letters and other legal documents; and responding to inquiries from regulatory authorities.

Lawyer Wang Yajing graduated from Zhong Nan University of Economics and Law, holding a Master of Laws degree.
