She has accumulated profound experience in financial disputes and complex civil-commercial cases, with particular expertise in handling disputes involving listed companies and protecting banks’ financial claims. In the field of general legal counsel services, Ms. Guo has long advised numerous large state-owned investment platforms, well-known manufacturing enterprises, energy companies and government agencies. Her services cover corporate compliance reviews, handling of major contract disputes, and operational risk prevention and control, enabling her to accurately identify and mitigate legal risks in corporate operations.
